Bravo is losing Project Runway…no worries the show is still a go…you will just have to watch it on Lifetime starting in November. Lifetime signed Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn to a 5 year deal. NBC (who owns Bravo) is not happy….they have filed a lawsuit in the NY Supreme Court to stop the movie.

The British writer who turned the "Jerry Springer Show" into an opera is hoping to do the same with the tragic life of Anna Nicole Smith. The opera will focus on the life of Smith not the legal battles that followed.

The jury at the inquest into the 1997 deaths of Princess Diana and her boyfriend Dodi Fayed found they were unlawfully killed because of the actions of their driver and the pursuing paparazzi. The couple's deaths were caused by the "unlawful, negligent driving of the Mercedes and the following vehicles." The jury also delivered a damning verdict for driver Henri Paul, who also perished in the Paris traffic tunnel crash. The accident, they said, was "caused or contributed to" by the speed and manner of driving of the Mercedes and the following vehicles

*the impairment of the driver through alcohol

*the fact that neither were wearing seatbelts and that the car hit a pillar in the Paris underpass.

DuringIdol Gives Back Seacrest handed over his paycheck for the evening….Randy, Paula and Simon donated their earnings as well. Last night the judges…and Ryan appeared on Larry King Live. They agree that it will come down to a Battle of the Davids–David Archuleta and David Cook–for the Final Two. Simon predicts that Syesha Mercado, Kristy Lee Cook or Jason Castro will be eliminated this week.Randy thinks Jason Castro is “OK” as a singer–he’s just a “singer/songwriter in a bar”. But he wouldn’t give him a recording contract. Paula thinks he has a very “definitive style”.Simon thinks Jason is all about song choice. Simon says, “the trouble is, he turns up every week and he looks like he doesn’t care.”
